Doing good together: 2026 charitable donations
In 2026, the German-American Club Kaiserslautern e. V. is once again supporting organizations and projects that strengthen social ties and German-American friendship in the region. A total of €14,000 was awarded to eight recipients.
The recipients include German-American student and cultural exchange programs, social programs for young people, the Pflasterstube’s winter assistance program, and a new play and community initiative in the Bahnheim neighborhood. In this way, the Club combines personal encounters between Germans and Americans with practical support for people in Kaiserslautern and the surrounding region.
An important contribution comes from the annual Pfennigbasar, whose proceeds provide a significant share of the funds donated.
